TUBULAR T ORCHID

The Tubular T is printed with a photograph by Christian Hersche. He is a Swiss creative director and photographer, working between Appenzell and Paris in the fields of fashion, design, and art.

The body of the t-shirt is constructed with one single stitch line that forms the body and sleeves in one operation. The biggest innovation in tshirt construction in 100 years of t-shirt manufacturing. The tubular construction of the jersey used for the body eliminated the need for a side seam, and through innovative pattern cutting the shoulder and armhole seams have also been eliminated. Allowed for extra comfort and efficiency in manufacturing.
